Terms & Conditions
- Prices are In GB Pounds. Electricity & gas provided
- 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel provided per person.
- Short breaks available off peak - do ask.
- Properties are available from 3pm onwards on day of arrival unless prior agreement.
- Departure is by 10am unless prior agreement.
- Named persons on booking form must not be exceeded without our prior consent or all guests will be asked to leave (due to insurance).
- Travel cot & high chair available on request.
- Guest agree to leave the property in the same condition it was received.
- Please report any damages (charges may apply)
- No dogs
- Deposit of £100.00 on booking, balance minimum 6 weeks before arrival.
- Late bookings require full payment
- In the event of cancellation, we will endeavour to relet & refund. Should we be unsuccessful you will forfeit your deposit / balance if it has been paid.
- Should circumstances beyond our control prevent the property being available we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible & refund any payment by you.
- We strongly recommend taking out independent holiday insurance.
- Cheques should be made payable to E Willcox, bank transfers are accepted bank details provided on request.
- Bookings will be made once deposit & booking form have been received.
